Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm, professional demeanor and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Restock merchandise and organize shelves to maintain a clean, appealing, and safe shopping environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and coordinating with management.
- Operate standard retail equipment and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with availability for occasional weekday shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling and inventory checks.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
