Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained during weekend shifts.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist in receiving, sorting, and staging incoming shipments to ensure timely processing.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Support: Interact with clients and team members to resolve any issues regarding orders or warehouse procedures.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
