Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and process transactions accurately at the front desk.
- Manage incoming shipments and organize inventory with precision.
- Ensure the warehouse and retail areas are clean, safe, and organized.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily performance targets.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or logistics is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Valid driver's license (optional for some roles).
