Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring high-quality service and product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point-of-sale system.
- Organize and maintain store shelves, displays, and stockrooms to ensure a tidy shopping environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and restocking merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Clean and sanitize work areas and restrooms according to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing returns.
- Reliable transportation to the San Jose location.
