Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Restock merchandise on shelves and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
