Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues safely and efficiently
- Manage guest registration and ticket scanning operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and event information
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Report operational issues and maintain equipment functionality
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event experiences
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor settings
- Basic customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- 18 years of age or older
