Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with stocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean and safe sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
