Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and displays to maintain visual appeal and inventory levels.
- Organize and clean the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockrooms to uphold company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to execute weekly floor plans and promotional displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and courteously.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with the ability to work varying shifts (morning, afternoon, or closing).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
