Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide a friendly, welcoming shopping experience.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the store is always presentable and fully stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in receiving and organizing new stock deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Handle cash and card transactions with high accuracy and adhere to all company security policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
