Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Merchandise products and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, features, and pricing.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and price changes as needed.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Ensure the store complies with all safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
