Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (Friday-Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Stock and merchandise products according to visual standards and inventory guidelines
- Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend shift transitions
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock reconciliation
Qualifications
- Must be available for consistent weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
