Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests across multiple venue locations
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and serve beverages, light meals, and premium hospitality offerings
- Ensure venue cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless weekend operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and maintain positive brand representation
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
