Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend team schedules and operational workflows
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all touchpoints
- Monitor inventory and ensure operational readiness for peak weekend hours
- Train and onboard new weekend staff members

- Document daily operations and submit performance reports

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or coordination experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., When I Work)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
