Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including order picking and packing, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality and package them securely for shipment to clients.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the floor team to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as required by certification.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during the morning shift preparation.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
