Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments and care schedules for weekend operations
- Manage electronic health records with precision and HIPAA compliance
- Facilitate seamless communication between patients, families, and clinical teams
- Assist with patient intake and discharge procedures
- Support weekend triage under RN supervision
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Participate in weekend team huddles and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CMA or CNA preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or medical office experience
- Strong computer skills with EHR proficiency (Epic/Cerner a plus)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced weekend environments
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
