Responsibilities
- Manage patient intake, scheduling, and registration systems
- Coordinate with medical teams for weekend patient care workflows
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
- Assist with weekend triage and urgent care coordination
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and support staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's preferred)
- 1+ years healthcare administration experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic/Meditech a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Flexibility to adapt to changing weekend schedules
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if required for travel)
