Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Monitor patient vitals and document health records accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and medication management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergencies
- Complete weekly shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with weekend and holiday schedules
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- Valid Missouri driver's license (if transporting patients)
