Responsibilities
- Operate Manufacturing Equipment: Safely and efficiently run packaging and assembly machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company specifications and free from defects.
- Packaging & Shipping: Properly package goods for shipment, labeling, and preparing pallets for delivery.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your workstation and the production area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock and verifying incoming materials.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow all OSHA guidelines and workplace safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we will train the right candidate.
- Availability: Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (Rotating shifts available).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills required for safety documentation.
