Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Merchandise and maintain store displays to maximize visual appeal
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment activities
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment
- Participate in weekend team meetings and training sessions
- Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to Orlando location
- No weekday availability required (perfect for students or primary weekday commitments)
