What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stock shelves and display areas to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Operate the cash register accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain accurate receipts.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels and processing incoming shipments.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and welcoming for all shoppers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to the Los Angeles location.
