Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit card payments
- Maintain store presentation through visual merchandising and inventory restocking
- Assist in opening/closing procedures including security protocols and end-of-day reconciliations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations and peak-time efficiency
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special weekend events
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 10AM-8PM)
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Basic math aptitude for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to downtown Fort Worth location
- 18+ years of age with legal authorization to work in the US
