Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays per brand standards
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Support store opening/closing procedures including security protocols
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- Availability for consistent Saturday/Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
