Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service across all store departments
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Operate inventory management systems for stock replenishment
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures including security checks
- Collaborate with weekend staff to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills with approachable personality
- Reliable transportation to downtown Cleveland location
- Must pass background check and drug screening
