Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash/credit payments
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Conduct inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure product availability
- Operate cleaning equipment to maintain store safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Adhere strictly to company policies on loss prevention and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours with occasional lifting up to 25lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions and inventory
- Strong communication skills with positive, approachable demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required (18+ years old)
- Reliable transportation to assigned retail location
