Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and style guidance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage inventory and stockroom organization
- Visual merchandising and floor presentation maintenance
- Assist with weekend markdowns and promotional displays
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards compliance
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 10am-6pm)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to downtown Indianapolis location
- Availability to work occasional holiday weekends
