- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Organize and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays according to brand standards
- Support inventory management including stock replenishment and markdown execution
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and operational goals
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards throughout shift hours
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with transaction systems
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Valid California driver's license (if driving required)
