Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system, process transactions, and handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
- Restock shelves, arrange merchandise, and ensure the store is clean and well-maintained.
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments, including inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures as required.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
