- Deliver exceptional customer service across all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create engaging weekend displays
- Manage inventory restocking and product organization for weekend peak hours
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards throughout weekend operations
- Assist with weekend inventory counts and stock reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to downtown Chicago location
