Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering any questions regarding merchandise.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Help maintain store organization, including restocking shelves and folding clothing.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist with visual merchandising to keep the store looking appealing and current.
- Work collaboratively with the weekend team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light boxes (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to the Fresno location.
