Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions and inventory management
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries
- Collaborate with weekend team members for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with flexible weekday backup
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
