Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume retail setting
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory and maintain visually appealing displays
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Assist with store operations during weekend peak hours
- Represent Louisiana artisan products with authentic enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of New Orleans culture a plus
- Reliable transportation to French Quarter location
