Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process sales transactions efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Organize and merchandise store displays to highlight seasonal and featured products
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Operate POS systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe shopping environment
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work weekends reliably
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
