As a Weekend Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, curating exceptional customer experiences while maintaining our signature aesthetic. You'll gain valuable retail skills in a supportive, fast-paced setting that values individuality and teamwork. Training provided for all new team members.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling advice and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Merchandise and maintain visual standards to create an inspiring shopping environment
- Operate fitting rooms efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales goals and operational excellence
- Participate in inventory management and stockroom organization
- Uphold brand standards through consistent visual presentation and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with a passion for fashion and trends
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Positive attitude with adaptability to changing priorities
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid work authorization required
