Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas are clean, organized, and inviting.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays, ensuring products are properly rotated and priced.
- Assist in inventory management and participate in regular stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Mandatory availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- No prior retail or customer service experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
