Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
- Support inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and markdown execution
- Participate in weekend team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays (8-16 hours weekly)
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to downtown Chicago location
