Location: Columbus, Ohio
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Restock shelves and display areas to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to the store manager.
- Assist with store upkeep, including cleaning and organizing back-of-house areas.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
