Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the register drawer with 100% accuracy.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product locations, pricing, and availability.
- Assist with store inventory counts and stockroom organization.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New York location.
