Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Stock shelves and display areas to maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently for transactions.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card payments with strict attention to accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment during off-peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with the floor team to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with consistent shift hours.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- A reliable smartphone for shift management and communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
