Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a visually appealing store.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stockroom organization.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently pursuing one).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting.
