Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with friendly, knowledgeable assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash, card, and digital transactions
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols during shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude and strong communication abilities
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to our Jacksonville location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass basic background check
