Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments.
- Stock merchandise shelves and organize displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishing.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
