Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with product inquiries to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the POS system.
- Organize and restock merchandise to maintain a visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional events and displays during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to the management team.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
