As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly smile and offer assistance.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Organize and restock merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked and displays are appealing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and clutter-free sales floor environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock room organization.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Monitor store security and report any anomalies to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
