- Ensure the sales floor remains clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
