Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend shoppers, resolving inquiries and enhancing shopping experiences
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while handling cash payments
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness according to visual standards
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and counting merchandise
- Uphold security protocols and report suspicious activities to management
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and merchandising initiatives
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Strong communication skills with friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
