- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere during high-traffic weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Available to work weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexible scheduling
- Strong customer service orientation with a helpful attitude
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Reliable transportation to our Atlanta location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- No prior retail experience required – we train!
