Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations to ensure a top-notch shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain the visual appeal of the store by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are presented attractively.
- Transaction Support: Process sales transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and digital payments with speed and precision.
- Event Support: Assist in setting up and managing weekend pop-up events or promotional activities within the store.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and prepare items for delivery or transfer.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and restrooms clean, tidy, and safe for all customers.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and consistent attendance is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Experience: Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor frequently.
- Math Skills: Basic math proficiency for handling cash and transactions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and tasks as needed.
