Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing product recommendations and answering inquiries in a timely manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or markdown needs to the store manager.
- Handle cash transactions with strict adherence to company policies and security protocols.
- Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns to drive store traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Must be available to work full-time hours on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to get to the store location in Philadelphia or our Florida branches.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
