Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Manage inventory and stock shelves accurately during high-traffic weekend shifts.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle transactions with accuracy.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down promotional displays and weekend events.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Jose location.
