Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling best practices
- Organize and maintain visually appealing store displays to enhance shopping experiences
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations and peak coverage
- Participate in store promotions and events to drive weekend sales growth
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; current college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customers
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Reliable transportation to our Mesa Street location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
